MAN ACCUSED OF GROOMING AND ABUSING GIRLS AS YOUNG AS NINE TWO DECADES AGO
A current inmate has been charged with multiple sexual offenses against young girls that date back over two decades. The allegations involve incidents that took place at various locations in Norfolk, including Cromer, between July 2001 and April 2004.
It is claimed that he lured pre-teen girls, facing six counts of gross indecency with a child—including acts of penetration—two charges of encouraging the girls to engage in grossly indecent acts such as oral sex, and two counts of rape.
Fenn, who previously resided in Saxmundham, Suffolk, and more recently in Buckinghamshire, was scheduled to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court.
His hearing was adjourned until June 2, with the expectation that the more serious charges requiring an indictment will be sent to Norwich Crown Court.
The court was informed that he is currently serving a 14-year extended prison sentence at Rye Hill Prison in Warwickshire, having been convicted in 2023 for unrelated offenses.
