FREDERICK ROSKELL, DANGEROUS CHILD RAPIST FROM BLACKBURN, SENTENCED TO 16 YEARS

In a significant case that has shaken the community of Blackburn, a man named Frederick Roskell has been handed a lengthy prison sentence of 16 years after being found guilty of multiple child sex offences. The conviction was delivered at Preston Crown Court, where the details of the case revealed a disturbing history of abuse dating back to the 1990s.

Roskell, who resides on Oban Drive in Blackburn, was accused of committing heinous acts against two young victims. One of the victims was a boy under the age of 11, while the other was a girl under the age of eight at the time the offences occurred.
