MAN SENTENCED FOR ONLINE SEXUAL AND INDECENT OFFENCES
A Ryedale man has appeared before magistrates to answer for his sexual and indecent activities online.He was among three men sentenced recently by Scarborough magistrates for crimes in North and East Yorkshire.
Fraser Lumley, 35, of Hambleton Road, Norton, pleaded guilty to sending a sexual image with intent to cause alarm, distress or humiliation, and sending an indecent article via social media.
He was given a nine-month community order with 10 days’ rehabilitative activities, and must wear an alcohol abstinence tag for 80 days.
He must pay £85 prosecution costs and a £114 statutory surcharge.
