FIFE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTED FEMALE STUDENTS
Faraz Hussain is awaiting sentencing after being found guilty following a trial.
He sexually assaulted two of his female students.
The first victim, aged 19, was assaulted at a driving test centre in Kirkcaldy in February last year, where she got into his BMW to thank him after passing her test.
She testified that Hussain began caressing her, put his hand between her thighs, tried to get to her crotch, and put his hands under her top on her bra.
He then lunged and tried to kiss her, but she resisted and pushed back.
She later contacted police after discovering social media posts about Hussain’s inappropriate behavior.
The second victim, who is now 20, accused Hussain of repeatedly asking her intimate questions, seeking to kiss and have sex with her, and touching her breast over her bra without consent.
Hussain denied both offenses.
The sheriff found Hussain guilty of the charges and deferred sentencing until October 27, with Hussain being placed on the sex offenders register.
