‘LONDON’S MOST DANGEROUS WOMAN’ WHO STALKED CHURCH WARDEN JAILED FOR BREACHING RESTRAINING ORDER

A woman once dubbed ‘London’s most dangerous’ after attempting to destroy the life of a church warden she was stalking has been jailed for a second time in relation to the case.

Farah Damji, 53, was jailed for five years in 2016 for stalking the engineer after he spurned her sexual advances on an online dating site.

Damji, also known as Farah Dan, raised £5,000 from her prison cell after asking for donations on Twitter to hire a top QC to appeal her sentence.

She published ‘character assassinations’ online of people protected by a restraining order against her, even sending a letter to the government accusing the investigating officer of ‘stalking and harassing her’.

She was convicted in February of breaching the restraining order on two occasions in April 2018 and June 2018.

She claimed she went to her GP to get a sick note rather than hear the jury’s verdict, and a warrant was issued for her arrest, but she has evaded capture.

She was sentenced in her absence to 27 months in prison for breaching the restraining order, with half her sentence to be served on licence, and was ordered to pay £3,500 in costs.

The judge described her as self-centred, vindictive, and disrespectful towards her victims, making their lives ‘hell’.

She had also accused officer PC Vincent Chan of ‘scaring’ her elderly mother and launched an online campaign to ‘besmirch’ his character, including false claims.

Damji has numerous convictions including fraud, theft, perverting the course of justice, and stalking, and previously called a victim of her theft case to tell him not to attend court, sabotaging her own trials.
