DAGENHAM MAN JAILED FOR STALKING AND ATTACKING WOMEN
A man from Dagenham has been sentenced to six years in prison after assaulting women in their private residences.Emmanuel Ndegwe, aged 35 and residing on Hunsdon Close in Dagenham, received his sentencing on Tuesday, March 10, at the Inner London Crown Court, where he was ordered to serve six years behind bars.
He admitted to charges including two counts of trespass with the intent to commit a sexual offence and one count of stalking that instilled fear of violence.
The criminal activities occurred during 2013 and 2014 within the Lambeth and Southwark boroughs.
Detective Inspector Tracey Miller from Lambeth police expressed her concerns: “Ndegwe attacked these women in what should have been the safety of their own homes.
“I would like to praise them for the bravery they have shown throughout the course of this investigation.
“There is the possibility that Ndegwe may have attacked other women, so I would urge anyone who suffered at his hands to contact officers.”
