DELANO MILNER BRUTAL SEX ATTACK IN BIRMINGHAM: OFFENDER SENTENCED TO 14 YEARS

In a disturbing case that has shocked the Birmingham community, 37-year-old Delano Milner was found guilty of a heinous sexual assault carried out within the victim’s own home. The incident unfolded when Milner, adopting the guise of a police officer, gained entry into the woman’s residence under false pretenses. He falsely claimed that she was under arrest for fraud and asserted that he was armed with a firearm, a deception that the victim believed at the time.

Once inside, the assault escalated into a brutal and prolonged ordeal. Milner subjected the woman to multiple acts of sexual violence, including repeated attempts to rape her. During the attack, he pushed her to the floor and, in a display of extreme violence, stood over her with a knee pressed against her neck, causing her significant distress and fear. Adding to the violence, Milner poured washing-up liquid over the victim, further assaulting her with the liquid and slapping her severely.
