FIFE MAN RAPED SISTER WITH DOWN SYNDROME
Dean Jamieson, born on 18 July 2005, has been linked to multiple incidents of violence and sexual assault across Scotland, according to official police documentation.On 22 October 2018, Jamieson was recorded as the accused after being found in possession of a three-inch knife in a public place.
Police noted that the blade was not used in any other criminal activity but possession itself contravened the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995.
The same year, on 7 September 2018, Jamieson was listed as a witness in a case involving the assault of a 13-year-old boy.
Reports stated the suspect pushed the boy backwards over a bench, causing him to land on his head and sustain a slight injury.
Further incidents are noted in 2020 and 2021.
On 27 January 2020, Jamieson was accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old vulnerable female.
Police reports state that he followed the woman into her bedroom, lowered his clothing, and attempted to carry out a sexual act without her consent.
He was formally recorded under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 for both sexual assault and intentionally causing another to participate in sexual activity without consent.
More than a year later, on 22 August 2021, Jamieson was again linked to violence when police logged him as a witness in an assault to injury case.
He was accused of kicking a complainer in the head and punching him in the face, leaving the victim with slight injuries.
The records, issued under Police Scotland’s official systems (Unifi and Storm), demonstrate a persistent pattern of serious offending behaviour involving weapons, physical assault, and sexual violence.
