MAN APPEARS IN COURT OVER DISTURBING ANIMAL AND CHILD ABUSE IMAGES
David Peak faced Wigan & Leigh Magistrates Court on 8 October 2025 for his first hearing.The defendant is accused of possessing extremely graphic images involving animals, including acts with both dead and alive animals.
He is also charged with making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child, and possessing images that could cause serious injury to private parts.
Additionally, Peak faces a charge of possessing a prohibited image of a child.

At the hearing, Peak did not enter a plea.
