DEWSBURY MAN DUBBED 'MOST EVIL' RAPIST JAILED FOR LIFE

A judge has described David Cliffe as the 'most evil' human being encountered in a criminal case.

Cliffe, aged 33 and from Dewsbury, was found guilty of two counts of rape and one count of unlawful wounding, having pleaded guilty at Bradford Crown Court.

The court heard that Cliffe had attacked a woman who was five months pregnant.

Judge Alastair McCallum sentenced him to life imprisonment, stating, 'I've never had to describe another human being as truly evil.

You are the first person I'm satisfied deserves that.' Cliffe had previously served a 13-year sentence for raping an 80-year-old disabled woman.
