DANNY ROSS ARBROATH SEXUAL ASSAULT CASE: MAN ORDERED TO PAY £250 AFTER GUILTY VERDICT

On December 24, 2021, a man from Arbroath named Danny Ross was legally mandated to provide financial compensation to a woman he was found guilty of sexually assaulting. The incident in question occurred on June 30, 2019, and the victim has since been undergoing therapy to cope with the trauma caused by the assault.

Additionally, Ross was placed under supervision for the same duration, ensuring ongoing monitoring of his conduct. The court also mandated that Ross complete 150 hours of unpaid community service and pay the victim £250 in compensation before the supervision period concludes.
