SEXUAL PREDATOR HAS BEEN JAILED FOR 11 YEARS AFTER SEXUAL ABUSING A CHILD
Daniel Walker, resident of Plumley, received a custodial sentence on Friday, March 6, at Chester Crown Court.
The 42-year-old was previously convicted on multiple charges, including three counts of assaulting a girl under 13 through physical contact, two counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by penetration, and three counts of encouraging a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
The victim revealed that the abuse occurred during the years when she was between seven and twelve years old.
Walker was detained in connection with these allegations and displayed a dismissive attitude during his police interview, even laughing and seeming to find the questioning amusing.
After a comprehensive investigation, Walker was formally charged with eight separate counts of child sexual abuse.
