DANIEL FIELD SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES IN CLEVELAND, HUDDERSFIELD, AND KIRKLEES

A man identified as Daniel Field has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 15 years after being convicted of a series of heinous sexual crimes committed against vulnerable women. The sentencing took place at Leeds Crown Court on May 16, following a comprehensive investigation and trial that uncovered the extent of his criminal activities across multiple locations in West Yorkshire.

Daniel Field, aged 27 and residing in Norton at the time of his sentencing, was found guilty of a total of 14 separate sexual offences. These offences spanned several areas, including Cleveland and Kirklees, with specific incidents occurring in Huddersfield. Field’s criminal record includes charges of five counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, two counts of causing a female to engage in sexual activity, and four counts of assault by penetration. The crimes targeted three women in Huddersfield, all of whom were in vulnerable states at the time of the attacks, highlighting the predatory nature of his actions.

The investigation revealed that Field had previously lived in Huddersfield, which is also one of the locations where he committed his offences.
