BERKSHIRE MAN SENTENCED TO 11 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES
Dalton Stocker, a 29-year-old man from Bracknell, has been convicted and sentenced for inflicting multiple severe sex offences on two child victims in Berkshire over the last decade.
The court found him guilty of two counts of sexual assault of a child, three counts of rape, engaging in sexual activities in the presence of a child, causing a child to participate in sexual acts, possession of prohibited images including Category B and C images, and assault by penetration.
Despite refusing to answer questions after his arrest in November 2021, Stocker pleaded guilty during his trial at Reading Crown Court, which concluded in October 2024.
On the 28th of April 2025, he was sentenced to 11 years in prison, will be placed on the sex offenders' register for life, and is subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life.
Devices containing illegal images were confiscated and destroyed.
The crimes took place across various locations in Berkshire, where Stocker used manipulation and gained the victims' trust, making them believe they would be blamed if they spoke out.
Police investigators expressed relief at justice being served and encouraged other victims to report such crimes.
The authorities emphasized their commitment to supporting victims and bringing offenders to justice, regardless of the passage of time.
