WORKSOP MAN DENIES PAYING TEEN FOR INDECENT IMAGES AND VOYEURISM CHARGES
A Nottinghamshire man has appeared in court over an allegation he paid a teenage girl £4,800 for indecent images of her.Craig Bytheway pleaded not guilty to a charge of causing or inciting the sexual exploitation of a child in exchange for money when he appeared at Derby Crown Court this week.
The short hearing was told that the issue in the case will be “fabrication”.
The 45-year-old, of Worksop, also pleaded not guilty to two counts of voyeurism in which he is alleged to have watched a female taking a shower for his own sexual gratification.
Judge Jonathan Straw set a trial date for all matters to January 12, 2026, at the same court building and handed the defendant, of Blenheim Rise, conditional bail.
