CRAZED KIRKCALDY MAN BATTERED WOMAN AND THREATENED TWO WOMAN WITH AXE
In May 2021, a man from Kirkcaldy was involved in a series of aggressive incidents that included wielding an axe and assaulting both a woman and a police officer.His case was called in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, but he was not present in court at that time.
Connor MacPherson, aged 25 and residing on Laurel Crescent, pleaded guilty to multiple charges.
On August 11, 2020, at an address in Hendry’s Wynd, Kirkcaldy, he admitted to grabbing a woman by the body and head, effectively placing her in a headlock.
He also acknowledged that on the same day and location, he behaved aggressively while holding an axe, shouted, used foul language, and caused two women to feel fear and distress.
Additionally, on March 4, 2021, while at his residence and during a journey from Dunfermline Police Station on Holyrood Place, he admitted to shouting, throwing a metal pole at a window, and making threatening gestures while on bail.
He further confessed to assaulting a police officer at his home address on the same date.
His sentencing has been postponed until September 9.
