GLASGOW RAPIST PHOTOGRAPHED NUDE VICTIM AND THREATENED HER FAMILY
A RAPIST took photos of his nude victim and then threatened to send them to her family.
Colin Kelly, 30, was convicted of raping a 32-year-old woman at her Glasgow home on November 18, 2007.
The High Court in Glasgow heard that after raping the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, Kelly brandished two knives and took the photographs.
Temporary judge Alastair Stewart, QC, told the first offender: "I require to get background reports in this case.
"You have been found guilty of an extremely serious offence.
"Obviously a lengthy prison sentence is what will happen to you, but I can't do that without reports." The judge remanded Kelly, of Dobbies Loan Place, in custody and placed him on the register of sex offenders.
He will be sentenced next month.
