ABERGAVENNY MAN JAILED FOR CHILD ABUSE IMAGES
A PAEDOPHILE was caught with a collection of nearly 400 child sex abuse images after the police raided his home.Calum Davies, 21, from Abergavenny admitted making 201 category A indecent images of children, the most serious kind, making 123 category B indecent images of children and making 62 category C indecent images of children.He also pleaded guilty to possession of a prohibited image of a child.
The four offences took place over six years between January 24, 2018 and March 11 last year.
Davies was jailed for 35 weeks with the sentence suspended by 12 months.
The defendant will have to register as a sex offender for 10 years.
He was also made the subject of a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
Davies will have to pay a £187 surcharge and £85 costs.
