PERTH PAEDOPHILE DUPES BOY FOR £700 A WEEK BUT IS CAUGHT WITH CHILD ABUSE IMAGES
A paedophile duped a 13-year-old boy into sending him selfies by promising to pay £700 a week.Broc Valentine, 22, added the boy on Snapchat and took his bank details but no money was ever sent.
He engaged in sexual communications, asked inappropriate questions, and downloaded child abuse material.
The police traced his account used near Dunkeld and found over 100 indecent images and a video of children on his mobile phone.
Valentine admitted to sending sexual messages and possessing child abuse content between March 1 and April 28, 2024.
Sentencing was deferred for background reports, and his details were added to the sex offenders register.
