Brian Pepper, a 65-year-old man originally from Waterlooville, has been handed down a prison sentence of 16 months following his recent arrest for possessing a mobile phone that he had concealed for illicit purposes.

This incident occurred shortly after Pepper was released on licence, having previously served time for serious sex offences.

His criminal history is notably disturbing, including an attempt to arrange a sadomasochistic encounter with a 13-year-old girl.
