BODMIN MAN PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO ATTEMPTED RAPE AND CHILD ABUSE

2025-12-04 20:53: Bradley Fitzpatrick appeared at Bodmin Magistrates Court on June 5, 2025, accused of serious sexual offences.

He has already pleaded guilty in May 2022 to making ten of the most serious Category A videos of children and 11 Category C images, as well as possessing an extreme pornographic image of a person performing an act of intercourse with a dead or living animal.

He was released on conditional bail with restrictions including an 8pm to 8am curfew and no contact with prosecution witnesses.
