BODMIN MAN PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO ATTEMPTED RAPE AND CHILD ABUSE
2025-12-04 20:53: Bradley Fitzpatrick appeared at Bodmin Magistrates Court on June 5, 2025, accused of serious sexual offences.The charges include rape of a woman aged 16 or over, sexual assault, and an assault by penetration.

He has already pleaded guilty in May 2022 to making ten of the most serious Category A videos of children and 11 Category C images, as well as possessing an extreme pornographic image of a person performing an act of intercourse with a dead or living animal.
He was released on conditional bail with restrictions including an 8pm to 8am curfew and no contact with prosecution witnesses.
