BODMIN PAEDOPHILE AIDEN KOLBERG SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCE
Aiden Kolberg has been sentenced at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.The hearing took place on 17 October 2025.
Kolberg was committed to prison for a term of 12 months, which was suspended for two years.
As part of his sentence, he must comply with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, instructing him to attend appointments or activities as directed by his responsible officer for up to 20 days.
He has also been ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for a period of ten years, beginning on 21 August 2025, with Bodmin Police Station nominated as his reporting station.
In addition, a Sexual Harm Prevention Order was imposed for five years, restricting Kolberg’s behaviour and contact with minors.
Court documents show that he was further ordered to pay £85 in CPS costs and a £187 surcharge.
The case was handled by the Crown Prosecution Service, with Devon and Cornwall Police confirming the outcome to witnesses involved in the investigation.
