Bradley Cunningham, aged 28 from Willowdale, Middleton, received a prison sentence of five and a half years for a brutal assault alongside multiple other charges.
These included dealing crack cocaine and publicly displaying a machete.
The incident occurred when Cunningham assaulted his girlfriend at the Parnaby Tavern after a family funeral, stemming from a dispute over taxi fare payment.
During the attack, the offender headbutted his partner in a violent outburst.
