Last Friday (June 13), Ben, appeared in Newcastle Crown court where he was jailed for six years in prison – serving the first two months of his sentence in a young offenders’ institution until he turns 21.
He will also serve a further four years on extended licence once he is released.
Ben will also spend the rest of his life on the Sex Offenders’ Register and was handed a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
