NORFOLK MAN, 49, FACES TRIAL OVER CHILD SEX OFFENCES
A Norfolk man is to stand trial later this year accused of a series of child sex offences.The 49-year-old, Anthony Templeton, had been charged with a raft of offences said to have happened between June 2024 and May 2025.
He is accused of arranging/facilitating the commission of a child sex offence, namely rape/assault by penetration of a child under 13.
Templeton also faces two charges of being an adult attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, an offence of attempting to cause/incite a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
In addition, Templeton has been charged with three counts of making indecent photographs of children - 177 still images and 33 videos which were deemed to be Category A, or the most serious, and possessing extreme pornographic images.
He appeared at Norwich Crown Court, denying all charges, with a trial scheduled for October 6.
The case may involve further charges, with a hearing set for June 18.
Templeton was remanded in custody until the next hearing.
