ANDREW SIDAWAY FROM BLURTON FOUND GUILTY OF CHILD INDECENCY OFFENSES IN STOKE-ON-TRENT

In October 2018, a serious case involving allegations of child exploitation was brought to light in Stoke-on-Trent. Fifty-two-year-old Andrew Sidaway, a resident of Ilford Side in Blurton, faced multiple charges related to the possession and creation of indecent images involving a minor.

Sidaway pleaded guilty to three separate counts of making indecent photographs of a child, a crime that highlights the disturbing nature of his actions. In addition to these charges, he also admitted to possessing an extreme pornographic image, further compounding the severity of his offenses.
