ANDREW HAY FROM AYR REMANDED AFTER SEX OFFENDER INCIDENT INVOLVING TEENAGERS
A man named Andrew Hay, known to have previous convictions related to similar offenses, has been remanded in custody following his admission to engaging in indecent communications with minors.
