EXETER MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT IN SPATE OF INCIDENTS

A man has been named and charged after reports of a spate of sexual assaults in Exeter.

Police have charged Zbigniew Sokalski, of Sidwell Street, in connection to a number of reported incidents on Heavitree Road on Sunday, November 9.

The 45-year-old has been charged with sexual assault of a woman and exposure under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Sokalski has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday, November 12).

Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police have charged a man in connection to incidents on Heavitree Road, Exeter, on Sunday 9 November."
