ZAC SOLIMAN FROM SOUTHSEA FACES SEXUAL RISK ORDER OVER CHILD INDECENT IMAGES AND SURVEILLANCE
In a serious development at Southampton Magistrates’ Court, Zac Soliman, aged 23 and residing on Shaftesbury Road in Southsea, was subjected to a sexual risk order following allegations of disturbing behavior involving minors and possession of a vast collection of indecent images.Prosecutors detailed that Soliman was found to have approximately 1.5 million indecent images of children stored on his mobile device.
Despite attempting to erase evidence by performing a factory reset on his phone when police arrived, authorities managed to uncover the extensive illicit material during their investigation.
The court was also informed of alleged incidents where Soliman used his phone to secretly record children in cubicles, raising serious concerns about his intentions and actions.
During the hearing, prosecutor Ned Sillett described a disturbing pattern of behavior.
He stated, “On one occasion, the defendant put his hand – holding his phone – under a cubicle where a 10-year-old girl, and on another occasion, a 16-year-old girl, were present.
Both of these girls were unknown to the defendant.
This indicates that he has an active sexual interest in children.” Further evidence revealed that police searched Soliman’s devices and discovered not only the staggering number of indecent images but also other concerning items.
Among these were sex toys and lubricant, which police found during their search.
It was also alleged that Soliman habitually carried these items around in a bag in public places, suggesting a pattern of inappropriate behavior and a potential risk to the community, especially children.
Authorities arrested Soliman earlier this year.
When police arrived at his residence, he was slow to answer the door, prompting officers to force entry.
Once inside, they found that he had performed a factory reset on his phone, complicating the investigation.
The search also uncovered items that indicated a possible intent to engage in further inappropriate activities.
Given the severity of the allegations, the court expressed concern about the safety of the public.

Sillett emphasized the potential danger, stating, “There is a significant risk to the public, particularly children.” Soliman requested an adjournment to secure legal aid, which was granted by the chair of the magistrates, Mr.
Dickinson.
The court decided to postpone a final decision on the full sexual risk order until June 10, providing an opportunity for legal representation to be arranged.
The magistrates emphasized that this was a crucial opportunity to manage the risk posed by Soliman, and they deemed it necessary to impose an interim sexual risk order in the meantime.
The specific terms of the order were not disclosed during the hearing, but it is a civil court order designed to restrict certain activities to protect the community from potential harm.
