In a disturbing case that has shocked the Nottingham community, Wayne Koash, a 23-year-old man from Manor Street in Sneinton, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison after engaging in a series of inappropriate and criminal activities involving a 13-year-old girl.According to court records, Koash initially established contact with the young girl through an online chatroom, where he began to groom her by showering her with compliments and manipulative language.
He referred to her as a "sex goddess" and a "princess," attempting to build an emotional connection that would facilitate his illicit intentions.
The situation escalated when the girl decided to visit Koash at his residence.
During this visit, he continued his predatory behavior by offering her alcohol, which further compromised her judgment and safety.
The court heard that Koash had sexual encounters with the girl on three separate occasions, actions for which he pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual activity with a child.
In addition to these charges, Koash admitted to attempting to pervert the course of justice, an offense that involved him trying to manipulate the legal process to avoid repercussions.
