FIFE MAN CAUGHT SPYING: ABUSIVE PARTNER USED CAR TRACKER BEFORE COURT
A man from Fife, Tomasz Moszynski, committed a pattern of abusive behavior including placing a tracking device on his partner's car and engaging in various forms of control and intimidation over more than a year.He used an app to track her movements, which became suspicious after he queried her location following an argument.
The woman discovered the tracking device in her car's engine bay after confronting him, which he initially denied but then admitted to bugging the vehicle.
Additionally, Moszynski had locked her out of their house by leaving the keys inside the lock and removing the back door key from a safe, forcing her to climb on bins and invade through a window to get inside.
Their relationship deteriorated due to his alcohol abuse, and his actions included locking her out, scattering her belongings, and sleeping separately.
Moszynski, who now resides in Whitburn, West Lothian, acknowledged his abusive conduct spanning from June 2023 to September 2024 at locations in Kirkcaldy.
He was eventually placed on a structured deferred sentence with a court date scheduled for reappearance in October.
