SERIAL STALKER HAS BEEN JAILED AGAIN

Thomas Webb, 36, has been subject to multiple restraining orders over recent years, due to his persistent efforts to contact his former girlfriend, including showing up at her workplace and attempting to find out her home address.

He appeared before Ipswich Crown Court again to answer a charge of stalking that amounted to causing significant alarm or distress.

The defendant, who lives on Mersea Road in Colchester, has a history of alcohol consumption and mental health issues, but the judge determined that the severity of his actions merited a custodial sentence.
