THOMAS MAXWELL ESCAPES JAIL IN ALLOA AND HARRIS FOR SEX OFFENCES

In a decision that has sparked widespread outrage, Thomas Maxwell, a 60-year-old man with a long-standing association with the Jehovah’s Witnesses, has avoided imprisonment despite being convicted of serious sexual offences.
