RAPIST JAILED FOR 12 YEARS
2019.Newcastle Crown Court sentenced Thomas Kailofer, of Ash Grove, Spennymoor, to more than 12 years in prison after he admitted to raping someone in his hometown during July while on licence.
A judge has declared him a “dangerous offender” due to the significant risk he presents to the public.
Judge Edward Bindloss emphasized this threat during proceedings and handed down a prison term of 12 years and ten months.
Kailofer will also be included on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life, and a restraining order was put in place to safeguard the victim.
