SPENNYMOOR MAN JAILED FOR VIOLENT PARTNER ASSAULTS AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

During one violent episode, he grabbed her by the throat and pushed her against a wall, threatening her life.
The woman suffered from depression and insomnia as a result.
Inwood also had 29 previous convictions for 44 offences, including battery and assault of emergency workers.
He was sentenced to three years in prison and was given a lifelong restraining order.
The judge described him as a 'violent thug' and highlighted his extensive violent history and the abusive pattern towards vulnerable women.
