In a case that has shocked the local community of Redruth, Terry Madden, a 32-year-old resident, has been handed a suspended prison sentence after being found in possession of a significant collection of indecent images depicting children.

Madden admitted to owning the material, which included a disturbing array of images categorized from A to C, indicating varying degrees of severity of abuse.

Authorities discovered that Madden's computer contained a total of 672 still images and 82 videos, all of which depicted child exploitation at different levels of severity.
