TERENCE O’NEILL FROM CARLISLE ADMITS CHILD INDECENT IMAGE OFFENCES IN RICKERGATE COURTS
In June 2017, a man from Carlisle, identified as Terence O’Neill, faced serious allegations related to the possession and download of indecent images of children.
