In 2022, Stuart McGIll, a resident of Dumbarton and at that time working as a taxi driver, faced accusations of engaging in threatening or abusive conduct along with two counts of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl.
The victim reported that the abusive behavior began when she was just 13 years old.
As a result, McGIll was detained and formally charged with these offenses.
