PENYGROES MAN BREACHED ORDER BY STAYING AT PREMISES WITH AN UNDER 18
A PENYGROES man will appear in front of Crown Court judges this week on charges relating to sexual harm prevention orders.Steffan Lay-McPhillips, 23, of Gors Ddu Terrace, Penygroes, admitted two charges at Llanelli Magistrates Court on March 23.
He admitted a charge of being on the sexual offenders register and failing to comply with requirements as between January 28 and January 30 this year, he failed to notify police that he had stayed for 12 hours at an address where a person under the age of 18 resides.
He also admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order for the same offence.
He has been granted unconditional bail and is due to appear at Swansea Crown Court on April 6 for sentence.
