ROSS SCOTT FROM COWDENBEATH FINED FOR DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE AT HIS HOME

A 34-year-old man named Ross Scott, residing on Stenhouse Street in Cowdenbeath, has been subjected to a financial penalty after being found guilty of causing a significant disturbance within his own residence.
