WREXHAM MAN ADMITS SEXUALLY ASSAULTING WOMAN
A Wrexham man has admitted sexually assaulting a woman three times.Robert Ray entered his pleas at Mold Crown Court this morning.
A judge ordered a pre-sentence report before a sentencing hearing at a future date.
Ray, 29, of Borras Road, Wrexham, will also be sentenced for another offence after he admitted it during a trial at Croydon Crown Court.
Sentencing for all matters will be at Croydon Crown Court.
Today the charges of three counts of committing sexual assault in that he intentionally touched the woman, who cannot be named, without her consent on September 8, 2024 were read out at Mold.

Dafydd Roberts, defending, said there was an application for a pre-sentence report.
The judge The Recorder David Elias KC told Ray: "You have pleaded guilty to (three charges).
The court understands that you are due to be sentenced in Croydon in relation to the other matter.
"The court has ordered a pre-sentence report to be prepared in this case and no doubt the probation service will need to look at the other case while preparing that report." The judge extended bail with the existing condition not to contact the complainant.
He added a condition that he co-operates with the probation service in the making of their report.
