ROBERT LOOMBE FROM GREAT YARMOUTH SHAMES LOCAL DOGS WITH CRUELTY INCIDENT
In a disturbing case of animal cruelty, Robert Loombe, a resident of New College Close in Great Yarmouth, was caught on camera engaging in a shocking act of neglect involving a five-week-old puppy named Fatsy.The incident took place in Gorleston, near Great Yarmouth, where Loombe was seen dragging the tiny, vulnerable dog along the pavement while she was clearly too exhausted to walk on her own.
Footage captured by eyewitness Jade Barker shows Loombe pulling the young puppy by her lead, with her stomach scraping along the ground.
The distressing images depict the puppy, visibly shaken and distressed, grunting and trembling as she was dragged for more than 60 yards.
Barker, deeply upset by what she witnessed, recorded the scene and later handed the footage over to the police.
Her footage shows Loombe walking past with two other dogs, reacting angrily and swearing at passers-by who urged him to stop mistreating the animal.
According to Barker, she confronted Loombe directly, telling him that he needed to pick up the puppy.
