RICHARD HORNER FROM DAUBHILL SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS FOR HISTORIC SEX OFFENCES AGAINST TWO YOUNG GIRLS

Richard Horner, aged 53, has been handed a prison sentence of 12 years after admitting to a series of serious historic sexual offences. The crimes, which include two counts of rape and eleven counts of gross indecency, were committed during the 1980s and 1990s and targeted two young girls.
