RAYMOND HAY FROM KELSO CONVICTED OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN SELKIRK

In August 2018, a man from Kelso, identified as Raymond Hay, was convicted of serious historical sexual offenses involving two young girls. The case was heard at Selkirk Sheriff Court, where a jury found Hay guilty after a three-day trial.

Raymond Hay, aged 55 and residing on Roxburgh Street in Kelso, had previously denied the allegations. This particular incident was alleged to have occurred at a house in Greenlaw.
