AYR COURT - WOMAN 'SENT SEXUAL IMAGES AND THREATS TO FEMALE'
A WOMAN faces a sexual offence charge after allegedly sending 'pornographic images and threats' to another female.Court papers state both alleged offences took place at an address known to the Procurator Fiscal as within the jurisdiction of Ayr Sheriff Court.
She is alleged to have sent her a video and images of men and women in a state of undress, "executing intimate acts and exposing their genitals and buttocks" on various occasions between March 26 and March 27, 2026.
She is also alleged to have caused the same woman fear and alarm by sending various messages over social media to her, which contained threats and abuse, from March 26 to March 30 2026.
The case was continued without plea when Munro, of Alexandra Avenue, Prestwick, appeared in the dock, represented by defence solicitor Steven Maxwell.
Bail was continued, under conditions she does not approach or contact the complainer.
She will face the allegations again at a later date.
