DOMESTIC ABUSER JAILED FOR BREACHING INJUNCTION TWICE IN A WEEK
Przemyslaw Lazar has received a nine-month custodial sentence after admitting to violating an anti-social behaviour order.Thames Valley Police reported two separate incidents where Lazar did not adhere to the conditions imposed by his injunction.
On 15 March, Lazar was observed in his vehicle with a child someone he is prohibited from contacting on Wendover Road in Aylesbury.
Shortly after, on 21 March, the convicted domestic abuser was seen at the residence of one of his victims, constituting another breach of the order.
Between these events, Lazar was arrested and charged with breaching the injunction.
He was released the same day, 15 March, pending a court hearing scheduled for 24 March.
He, who has no fixed address, was ultimately sentenced on 14 April at Milton Keynes Magistrates Court to nine months in jail.
The injunction was put in place following an incident where Lazar pushed a woman in the chest and kicked her leg.
Lazar has a history of domestic abuse convictions involving two victims in Aylesbury, along with charges of aggressive and violent conduct towards police officers.
Thames Valley Police outlined the terms of his injunction, which prohibit him from engaging in disorderly conduct such as shouting, yelling, using foul language, or threatening behaviour towards anyone, including police and law enforcement staff, in public.
The order also forbids him from threatening or using violence or aggressive acts against others, as well as disobeying reasonable instructions from police officers or uniformed personnel.
Furthermore, Lazar is barred from entering the vicinity of Brooks Mews, Cleveland Road, and Bearbrook School in Aylesbury.
He is also prohibited from instructing or encouraging others to violate the order’s conditions.
PC Julie Price of Aylesbury police station commented, “Lazar breached this injunction twice in the space of a week, and he has now been sentenced to a term of imprisonment at court as a result.
“Thames Valley Police will continue to use Anti-Social Behaviour Orders to deter repeat domestic abuse offenders in order to safeguard vulnerable members in our community and deter offending.
“Thames Valley Police do not tolerate such behaviour and will always seek appropriate action to prevent this from occurring in our communities.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank members of the public for taking the time to report breaches of this injunction.”
