AYLESBURY MAN GIVEN COURT ORDER AFTER EXPOSING HIMSELF ON THREE OCCASIONS
A Buckinghamshire man who exposed himself on three separate occasions has been given a strict set of rules to follow by the court.Mark Pleace was caught exposing himself on three different days in various locations around Aylesbury, High Wycombe Magistrates' Court heard.
On March 31 last year he was caught at Braeburn Road.
Then on March 29 this year he was caught on the A41 and Vale Park Drive.
His last offence took place on May 1 this year when he was caught on D'arcy Close.
Pleace, 54, of Topaz Lane, Aylesbury admitted three counts of exposure during a hearing in June.
He was given a two-year community order with 41 rehabilitation days and a fine of £120.
Pleace was excluded from entering Newton Avenue and Lakeland Drive for a period of 24 months and was also made subject to a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention order.
The order sets out that he is required to wear underwear and at least one other item of outer clothing while in public.
He is also prohibited from a number of acts including exposing himself in public and displaying sexually inappropriate behaviour towards a female in public.
The order also means that he can't enter or loiter within 50 metres of any designated play park, playground or establishment where people under the age of 16 are likely to be.
Pleace is subject to notification requirements for the same period.
He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge in full within 28 days of the hearing.
