BLACKPOOL POLICE SEEK SEX OFFENDER BREACHING NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Police are seeking to locate Phillip Ronald Thompson, a 44-year-old sex offender from Blackpool, who is wanted for breaching his notification requirements.Thompson was initially incarcerated in 1994 for the crime of rape, and following his release from prison, he was mandated to register his address every seven days.
However, he has failed to comply with these requirements, leading to his current status as a wanted individual.
Authorities, including DC Rebecca Herbert of Blackpool Police, have issued appeals for any information regarding his whereabouts or sightings.
Thompson has links to Blackpool, Northamptonshire, and Gwent.
He is described as white, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build, and has distinctive tattoos: the word 'Tommo' on the left side of his neck and an angel on his upper right arm.
