PHILLIP RICHARDSON/JOHN NICHOLLS FROM DONCASTER AND MARCH FACES SENTENCE DELAY IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE
The legal proceedings involving Phillip Richardson, who is now known as John Nicholls, have experienced a postponement until January 21.This case, which has garnered significant attention, centers around serious allegations of possessing and distributing indecent images of children.

The 49-year-old, who has ties to both March and Doncaster, pleaded guilty to three counts of creating indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child, as well as two counts of distributing such images.

Following his arrest, Richardson was dismissed from his position with the police force on July 3.
He had previously served as a beat officer and was also employed as a licensing officer in Fenland.
In addition to his professional roles, Richardson was known for his long-standing involvement in the community as a scout leader for 27 years.
