PAUL SALMON CAUGHT IN STOURBRIDGE IN SHOCKING ONLINE SEXUAL OFFENSE
Paul Salmon, a resident of Stourbridge, was taken into custody following a disturbing online encounter that led to his arrest.The incident unfolded when Salmon engaged in a conversation with what he believed to be a 14-year-old child, but in reality, he was speaking with an undercover decoy named Jupiter Decoy.
During the exchange, Salmon made inappropriate and sexually explicit remarks, expressing a desire to obtain indecent images from the supposed minor.
His intentions became increasingly explicit as he requested explicit photographs and videos, which he subsequently sent to the decoy, further demonstrating his intent to engage in illegal and exploitative behavior.
